We are a diverse group of people with a lot of great moments and some of the most difficult ones of our lives with people with disabilities and behavioral health diagnosis. Each one of us brings our knowledge and experiences to our training to provide you the tools to better assist you in working with individuals with disabilities and behavioral health diagnosis with your jobs or everyday life.
We have designed our training for every type of learning style.
Every afternoon there is plenty of time for questions about the material, experiences you may have already had or something that just came to mind.
You will explore different activities, group activities, and opportunities to walk in someone else's shoes.
You will have the opportunity to watch demonstrations of the trainers act out some of their experiences they have had being the field and working with these individuals everyday.
Our training is offered to law enforcement, detention staff, prison staff, state agencies, and families. The training is designed to promote effective communication skills, build a trust and understanding of individuals with disabilities and behavioral health diagnosis. To assist and provide you the tools needed to work with these individuals in a safe and healthy environment.
Our consultants will work with law enforcement, detention staff, prison staff, state agencies, and families with anything that may be necessary to promote the health and safety of the individual with disabilities or behavioral health diagnosis. We can come to your facility, can do video visits, attend meetings, offer plans, answer questions, give ideas, and offer any assist needed.
For Families we can assist with Individual Service Plans. Individual Educational Plans, Child Welfare Services, Behavioral Plans and any other services you may need help with. Please contact our office for more details.

There are things you can look for to help stop behavior before it even begins.
There are more than 5 ways to communicate.
There are many things that work and don't work with these individuals.
Sensory overload is a very real thing.
Sometimes not everything is black and white.
There are many meanings to many phrases.
